Revnic, Cristian & Associates advised Legacy Estates, the subsidiary of Atelier Bordelle Productions, on the buy of a former CUG (Heavy Equipment Plant) Cluj industrial hall. The building was one of the former’s plant administrative and light industry building, dismantled from the industrial platform in 2005 and then successively acquired by other investors.

Atelier Bordelle Productions was established in collaboration with  Bordelle a British luxury lingerie brand renowned for its innovative design, ambitious construction and high-quality production, providing a modern European Atelier of highly trained individuals to produce its technically complex products. Atelier Bordelle Productions plans to revive the building, and will invest in its rehabilitation and repartitioning, in order to prepare a space suitable for a production line specific to the textile industry.
