She activates mainly in the field of civil and business law, assisting and representing important clients in actions for annulment and rescission of contracts, debt recovery claims, declaration of simulations, revocation actions, execution of contractual obligations, contractual liability or tort law, land law and expropriation.
She has experience in litigation deriving from construction contractor agreements and real estate contracts.
Assists and represents clients in litigation regarding abusive clauses in bank contracts as well as litigation related to leasing contracts.
She engages in litigation in the field of energy (natural gas).
Assists and represents clients in enforcement proceedings, in which she identified innovative legal solutions and managed to close settlement agreements with debtors for important amounts.
In the area family law, she engages in litigation, pre-litigation and legal advice relating to the division of property during marriage or divorce, assisting and representing clients in complex lawsuits.
She engages in preparing and supporting medical malpractice disputes.
