In the field of insolvency, she assists and represents clients - debtor or creditor, as the case may be - at the opening of the proceedings, following-up and management of the files for the benefit of the clients, including in relationship with the insolvency practitioners, establishes strategies, assumes the drafting of documents and pleads in insolvency files or related files. Provides advice on business law and company law, drafts and revises commercial contracts, and advises on such contracts as well as on debt securities.
