Senior Associate
Lawyer in the Cluj Bar Association, a collaborator of Revnic, Cristian & Associates, Ana-Maria has experience both as a litigating lawyer and as a consultant lawyer. She is an assistant and Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Law of “Babeş-Bolyai” University.
She speaks French and English fluently.

Professional experience
Provides advice on civil law, drafts and revises commercial contracts and provides advice on such contracts.
She has also been involved in litigation in these areas, namely in causes for annulment and rescission of contracts, debt recovery, declaration of simulations, revocation actions, execution of contractual obligations, contractual liability and tort law, transactions.
She has experience in enforcement proceedings.
She provides legal advice in the field of European law.
In ECHR proceedings, she assists clients in drafting applications to the European Court of Human Rights, advises on the opportunity of formulating such requests and on the mandatory premises for the filing of applications.
Provides advice on labor law.
At present she is an assistant at the “Babes-Bolyai” University, the Law Faculty of Cluj-Napoca, the Department of Private Law.
