Drafting of actions, appeals, counterclaims, contestations, memoirs, complaints, other acts of a judicial or procedural nature and formulation of ordinary and extraordinary remedies;

Participation in negotiations to settle amicably conflicting situations;

Formulation of requests for enforcement of enforceable titles, as well as requests to initiate judicial reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings;

Revision and advice on contracts and other legal documents;

Advice on the legality of contracts when drawn up by the customer or third parties who want to enter into legal relationships with the client, as well as participation as legal assistant on specific issues in any conciliation or negotiation related to the conclusion of such contracts.
