Isabela has academic experience in the field of information technology, including both presentations of academic papers at specialized conferences, as well as organizing and teaching at seminars for students, within the Faculty of Law, "Babeş-Bolyai" University Cluj-Napoca.

She also completed internships in law firms in Cluj-Napoca.
